The Leading In Kaizen training includes an understanding of Lean, Kaizen and how the work together. This foundation knowledge then extends into what are the historical success factors and results from Kaizen events. Finally allowing delegates to understand what they need to do and how they need to act in leading kaizen events within their business.

The onsite 5 day is real ‘hands-on’ Kaizen improvement activities led by extremely experienced Kaizen practitioners.
