ROADMAP

  • A roadmap explaining the Practical-Graphical-Analytical (PGA) approach to 6 Sigma Thinking and Application helps the Lean 6 Sigma Project Leader through the challenges they face when looking at data and problems.
  • Measurement System Analysis roadmap is included to provided the structured approach through Minitab when conducting an Attribute Agreement or Gauge R&R study. Often Lean 6 Sigma Project Leaders get lost in the complexities of the Measurement System Analysis.
  • A number of Control Chart Roadmaps exist to help navigate the Lean 6 Sigma Project Leader through the correct selection, use and interpretation of Control Charts when trying establish if a process is statistically stable or not.
  • Process Capability roadmaps for Normal and Non Normal Data is provided. This builds on the structure required for some Lean 6 Sigma Projects where Normal – Stable – Capable is necessary.
  • Various Hypothesis Testing Roadmaps are included to give Lean 6 Sigma Project Leaders the ability to follow the logical path through conducting hypothesis tests.
  • Correlation and Regression Roadmaps are included to give Lean 6 Sigma Project Leaders access to the pathway through see if independent factors are correlated and how regression models can be created to make predictions.
  • A Design of Experiments step by step roadmap exists showing how to create, analyse and optimise the experiment through Minitab.
  • A Lean Flow Diagnostic Roadmap is included to show how to approach and pragmatically address issues affecting the flow of a process.
